We have employed a set of industrially trained operator, diploma engineers and graduate engineers who look after whole production process including quality and other activities. Asian Die Castings is promoted by those engineers who posses over 23 years of experience in this domain and are thoroughly familiar with all necessary manufacturing processors, which are applied in Aluminum casting manufacturing.
Our comprehensive range of product includes Aluminum and Zinc Alloy Pressure Die Castings, Gravity Castings and, Tooling for the same. Our wide range of products is made using refined raw material and modern machines. These superior quality raw materials are procured from leading and reputed vendors and supplier who are committed and dedicated to offer best quality raw materials. Our products are guaranteed against rejection due to crack and material mix – up. We also undertake to machine the castings and supply on job work basis based on Customers requirements if the volumes are high and economical. These products cater specific needs and meet international quality standards.

Facilities
Tool Room Facilities:
We have a tool room at Ekkattuthangal near our factory, and having capacity for PDC Moulds making finished moulds process with in 30 / 45 Days.
Finishing Facilities:
We have one more unit to finish castings i.e buffing and shot blasting.
Development and Machining Facilities:
We have installed basic machineries for machining of the casting like lathe drilling machine and tapping machine. CNC Machining is subcontracted to our sister concern.
Fettling Facilities:
We have separate trained work force of men & ladies taking care of our daily fettling activities in a separate unit under our control.
